Keitaroand DarkCore CRM.
Keitaro counts the clicks and the deposits. The CRM puts them next to the spend, the payout and the buyer, so profit is counted without an export.

What comes in.Every few minutes.
Stats
Clicks and the rest of the volume every 5 minutes, over the last 26 hours.
Conversions
Every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes for today. Deposits count as FTD in reports and caps.
Campaigns and offers
Every 30 minutes, so new ones show up without a manual import.
A nightly backfill
The last 35 days are read again every night, so late conversions land too.
What goes back.
When a landing is edited in the CRM, its offer name and track link are updated in Keitaro. Caps and stops do not touch Keitaro by themselves: they become tasks for the buyers.
How to connect
- 1
Add the tracker
In Integrations add Keitaro with its URL, API key and timezone, and test the connection.
- 2
Bind the offers
Bind each Keitaro offer to its CRM offer and GEO, and map the raw statuses to conversion types.
- 3
Map the buyers
Map the campaign-group labels buyers use in Keitaro to their CRM users.
- 4
Match the spend
Choose the sub (sub2 to sub6) that carries the Meta campaign, ad set or ad, so spend finds its clicks.
Questionsabout this integration.
Does the CRM change our Keitaro campaigns?
Only the offer name and track link of a landing edited in the CRM. A full cap or a stopped GEO turns into a task, not a change in Keitaro.
How fresh are the numbers?
Stats every 5 minutes, conversions every 10 minutes and every 2 minutes for today, with the last 35 days read again each night.
